Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of you, and our goal is to bring you joy and simplify your maternity time.
Orders within 14 days with an order number, unwashed and unworn, may be returned by contacting customer service at email@example.com.
After this period ends, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on your purchase.
The customer is responsable of all shipping cost to return the items and is non-refundable. Please, always use a service with a tracking number for your returns as we can not refund an item that fails to reach us.
Once the return is received and processed, orders will either be refunded to the original payment method or for store credit to use towards a future purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks after product is received to process the refund/exchange.
Shipping fees are not refunded.
We do not accept returns for gift cards.
